TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Organization/Instructor will not be held responsible for any injury sustained during Karate training.

2. Students must wear proper Karate uniform during all training sessions.

3. Students must strictly follow all rules and regulations of the Organization.

4. Students must pay all fees on time. Admission Fee: Rs. 1000/- and Advance Monthly Fee: Rs. 500/-. The monthly fee will increase by Rs. 100/- every two years, effective from the month of February following the completion of each two-year period.

5. If the monthly fee remains unpaid for more than 2 months, a late fee of Rs. 100/- per month will be applied. No subsidies will be provided. Students are required to pay the monthly fee in advance at the beginning of each month, and it is mandatory to submit the fee before the 6th of that month.

6. If a student leaves the class without obtaining a NOC and fails to clear outstanding dues, legal action may be taken against the student (16+) or parent/guardian (in case of minors).

7. Students are not allowed to teach Karate skills without permission from the Chief Instructor.

8. Students absent for more than three days in a month must submit a valid leave application. Invalid reasons may result in disciplinary action or fine.

9. Submission of a leave application does not exempt students from paying monthly fees. Fees must be paid even during absence. Fee waiver is applicable only if the dojo remains officially closed for 15 days or more in a month.

10. Students must inform the instructor about any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation before or during training.

11. Any misconduct, indiscipline, or inappropriate behavior inside or outside the dojo premises may lead to suspension or termination.

12. Students must maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Late entry may not be allowed without a valid reason.

13. Training equipment must be used carefully. Any damage caused due to negligence must be compensated.

14. The Organization will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

15. Photos or videos taken during training or events may be used by the Organization for promotional purposes.

16. Students will be eligible for belt examination (grading) only if attendance, discipline, and fee payment are satisfactory. Grading fees (if applicable) must be paid separately.

17. The Organization reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in case of serious misconduct or violation of rules.

18. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
