TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Organization/Instructor will not be held responsible in case of any injury during the course of Karate training.
2. Students must wear proper Karate Uniform during the course of Karate practice.
3. Students must follow the rules and regulations of the Organization.
4. Students must deposit their dues in time, Admission fee Rs. 1000/- & Rs. 500/- (Advance)
5. If you have not deposited the monthly fee from the last 2 months, you will have to pay a late fee from now on 100/month. Additionally, please note that no subsidies will be provided.
6. If a student leaves the class without a NOC and does not pay the outstanding fees, legal action can be taken against the student (16+) or the parent/guardian (in case of a minor)
7. Students are not allowed to teach karate skills without the permission of Chief Instructor.
8. Students absent from class for more than three days in a month must submit an application explaining their absence. If the reason is found invalid, disciplinary action will be taken, or a fine will be imposed.
9. Submitting a leave application does not exempt a student from paying the monthly fees. The fees for that month must be paid even if the student is absent. Monthly fees will be waived only if the dojo is officially closed by the dojo organization for 15 days or more in that month. No fee waiver will be allowed under any other circumstances.
